1. About our classes

CodeBuds Academy provides live online learning for children in coding, computer skills, maths, physics, AI, and related subjects. A parent or legal guardian should make enrolment and payment decisions for a child.

2. Free trial and enrolment

We may offer a free trial class so families can understand our teaching style before enrolling. Paid classes begin after the parent or guardian confirms the course, class format, schedule, and fees.

3. Fees and scheduling

Fees and class arrangements are confirmed before enrolment. If you need to reschedule, pause, or cancel a class, please give reasonable advance notice. Any refund or credit arrangement will be explained when you enrol.

4. Learning environment

Students should participate respectfully and use the online class platform appropriately. Parents are welcome to support younger learners and may contact us if they have any concern about a class.

5. Course materials

Lesson notes, worksheets, projects, and other CodeBuds materials are for the enrolled student’s personal learning use and should not be sold or publicly redistributed without permission.

6. Technology

Online classes require a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the agreed learning platform. We will help with basic setup where possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service where problems are caused by a device, internet provider, or third-party platform.

7. Privacy and safety

We aim to collect only the information needed to arrange and deliver classes. Please see our Privacy Policy.
